Is this 20% of everything my referral sells?
No. It is 20% of the service fee left after quoted direct costs. The contributor still receives their quoted sale proceeds. The calculator shows each part separately.
Do I get a shareable referral link?
At present, you share your linked wallet address. The contributor registers it in their THOT tab before their first sale. Opening a link alone does not register a referral. You can check accepted contributors and earnings in your Referrals dashboard.
When can I claim a referral payment?
After an eligible purchase finalizes. In the current test deployment, buyers have 12 hours after recorded delivery to raise a dispute. A dispute can delay settlement; refunded purchases earn no referral payment. Pending earnings and claimable tokens are shown separately.
Does the treasury buying their traces count?
No. Referral rewards come from eligible independent purchases. Reserve-funded purchases, self-purchases, purchases by the referrer, refunded orders and unreviewed orders do not qualify.
Do I need to buy or lock THOT to refer someone?
The current referral rule has no token purchase or lock requirement. Lock rewards and trace-sale proceeds are separate from this referral program.
What happens after the first qualifying sale?
The first qualifying purchase must be funded within 90 days of registration. It starts a 365-day window: later qualifying purchases funded during that window can earn rewards once finalized. There are no multi-level commissions.
